    Personality: Ryoko is a bit of stand-offish sort of person, but she still manages a decent social life. She's the kind of student that seems like she does nothing in class but somehow has her work done in an organized manner. She keeps her friend group extremely small and tries not to rely on anyone but herself; in that, she can be very stubborn. Ryoko is a quick thinker and tends to take the future heavily into consideration, as well as the results of her actions. She treats life like a card game, every play matters. She seems like a cold and unapproachable person- much like her father in that respect, but when she warms up to you it's like you've met a completely different person. She likes to believe that her parents are somewhere in the night sky watching over her. This is the reason she has become very attached tho stars and everything associated with them. More often than not, she is thinking about her parents since losing them the way she did made left huge impact on her as a child. She has decided to go down the road of a hero so that she can get revenge on the villains that killed her parents.

    Quirk: Ice Shard (suitable for both close and long-distance combat)

    Family: Shoto Todoroki (deceased), Aya Todoroki (deceased)

    Other: She was mute for years after her parents died and has only started talking a few weeks before attending U.A., thus explaining her very hoarse voice. She's only revealed her nickname and has never told anyone her real name.

    quirk description: Ryoko's quirk is generally Shoto's right side with a few tweaks. She can create small or large amounts of ice from the ground or her legs/arms (or any part of her body)

    quirk class : Defense & Offense

    ability1: Ice Dome: Her father, Shoto, taught her this move. It's a more of a defense play but she's learn how to use it as offensive move too. It's generally a very thick dome of ice that surrounds her or her opponent, protecting herself or preventing her opponent from being able to attack. Using this move on herself can cause her body temperature to drop faster and cause her to pass out due to the moch more sudden change of temperature.

    ability2: Sleet : This move is a simple yet effective attack. From a distance, Rae creates a thin layer of ice on the ground that cause her target to become stiff and focus less on her and more on keeping their balance. This move can be a disadvantage to herself or her allies if she doesn't place it well.

    quirk drawbacks : When Rae uses her quirk, her body temperature drops lower and lower but once her limit is reached she gets extremely stiff to a point that she can't move. Unlike Shoto, she's unable to just warm herself up and if she does not use her quirk carefully she could lose consciousness due to the extreme drop of temperature

    strengths : She can handle below freezing temperatures for long periods of time. If she is wounded, she can freeze the wound shut as a short-term 'bandage' to avoid bleeding too much.

    weaknesses : Fire quirks or anything heat related can make winning against her opponent silm,

She loves the beach and goes to her own sercret spot on the side oh the ocean if she needs a breather or she simply just wants to see the sight of the water.

    dislikes : Ryoko hates change, she doesn't like seeing the things that she's so familar with look so unlike them. She doesn't appreciate loud people due her trauma as a child [Will be explained in the history section]. She has a hard time dealing with pain, in her mind she's never not felt pain.

    history: Rae was a single chaild and first got her quirk about a year before the death of her parents. She never had a need or want for a quirk but she never noticed she had quirk until she was knocking on death's door. Her body temperature had fallen so low in such a short period of time and for a 6 year old girl, that could deadly. Her parent's noticed her having odd behavior and felt how cold her body was, immediately rushing her to the hospital. Shoto and Aya weren't expecting a quirk or really hoped Rae would have one, it never crossed their minds. Shoto spent months teaching Rae how to handle her quirk and how she could defend herself with it. A year after her quirk manifested her parents were attacked by villians and died protecting her from getting hurt. She loved her mother and always would but she had always been relatively closer to her father which is why his last words really changed her. "Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground, Ryoko,". She came to the conclusion that her parents are somewhere in the night sky watching over her. This is the reason she has become very attached tho stars and everything associated with them. More often than not, she is thinking about her parents since losing them the way she did made left huge impact on her as a child. She never really 'aspired' to be a hero, she only decided to go to U.A. because she wanted revenge on the ones who took her parents from her.

    trival: A big habit, not really a good nor a bad one, that Rae has is that she doesn't fight or do much for herself, she tends to do everything she does for the sake of her parents. She also takes about 3 days of her week, once a month to visit her parents' graves, no one but herself knows what she does or where she goes.

    hobbies: Rae has a huge interest in motorcycles, and enjoys cruising the streets on her own.

    Ah yeah, Ryoko's quirk is generally Shoto's right side with a couple of add-ons. She can create small or large 'spikes' of ice from the ground or her legs/arms (or any part of her body) and of course this quirk has it's draw-backs. When she uses her quirk, her body temperature drops lower and lower but once her limit is reached she gets extremely stiff to a point that she can't move. Unlike Shoto, she's unable to just warm herself up and that's why her hero costume would be super warm but i can go into details in the actual RP lol. (Sorry for any typos, it's 2:30am and my eyes are crossing :D)

    Ryoko "Rae" Todoroki

    "Shit..!" Rae was currently sprinting to the famous hero school, U.A. highschool. She assumed that she would be attending classes a week or two later than everyone else due to her late recomendation, but she woke up to a phone call informing her that she could start classes today. Rae finally reached the front of the building and shoved her hand into her pocket, unraveling a small piece of paper with 'Class 1-A' sloppily written on it. "Class 1-A, huh? A better question would be where is it..." She took a few glances and starting looking for someone that could give her some directions but there was no one to be seen. She decided to chance it and walk through a hallway in hopes that her classroom would simply appear before her. After a few minutes of mindless wandering Rae found herself standing in-front of a huge door with a print of '1-A' on it. She sighed and lightly knocked on the door and opened it up, taking a small step foward. In hopes that no one would confront her, Rae casually took a seat near the back of the room next to a window. Setting her bag aside, she took a seat and mubbled to herself. "Well dad, I made it," The second she said that, unconsciously her cold look slightly changed as her lips curled up the smallest bit.

    Ryoko "Rae" Todoroki

    Rae stood up and looked at Jax and Bakugou. "So that's the hot-head that dad used to talk about.." She mumbled to herself then suddenly jerking her head away when she realized she was staring. She quickly walked out, covering her mouth with her hand and made her way to the locker rooms. Rae opened up her pre-assigned locker to find a blue and white gym uniform. Her's had long sleeves like she had requested. Most people assumed she was insecure about her arms or something along those line but that was no where near the case. She just felt it was necessary because of her quirk. Once she had gotten changed and arrived to the gym, she looked for a spot to warm-up. She was kinda bummed out that it was pouring rain, Rae isn't very fond of being watched in general but it really bothered her if she was training or warming up because she thinks that people may be able to read her movements during a match. Standing in the gym made her so puny, yet at the same time she worried she'd damage something if she used her quirk. Obviously, this gym was to withstand any quirk, powerful or not but Rae might as well be a professinal overthinker when it comes to the small things. She made her way to a corner and started stretching and working on her upper body. "Maybe I should wait until we begin before using my quirk, I should stay away from freezing the floor for now." Rae softly chuckled to herself and continued her exercise. She had a feeling that someone was watching her, more like staring at her. She tried her best to ignore it, thinking that there would obviously be people watching since all of class 1-A were supposed to be in the gym.
